I made two tabs, four-string and six-string.  It's easier on six.

You can play it on four, but the intervals (over two octaves!) are
quite tough; you can tap either note, or move the bass note up an
octave.  (If you move the high note down, it kills the voice
leading.)  I'm not sure what the best way to tap it is, so I left
it unmarked.

You rest for 8 measures before the bass comes in.

Here it is for six-string bass, which is much easier.  You can
play the low As on the E string if you don't like open strings,
but the final note sounds best open.  I put most of those as open
strings because sometimes I have trouble stretching two octaves.
